Well since I didn’t get to do much gambling on the way, I went to the Majestic Star Casino. This time around I decided to wager up to fifty dollars for the evening. I was expecting to walk out with absolutely nothing, but as I was walking out of the casino I decided to hit up a slot machine. I thought this was the last bit I am going to spend here, and as I yanked on the side bar, a generous amount of $200 dollars came out. Either way I was done with gambling and decided to put my winnings to better use. I only stayed in the casino a couple of hours and had a blast, and then decided to go and walk around in Gary Aquatorium. This place they generally rent out for weddings or similar type of events and really had nothing too interesting to keep tourists staying. But if you are thinking of getting married this year, maybe the Aquatorium might be the place for you.
I eventually decided to rest here and to go to Chicago in the morning. I think I’ll only stay in Chicago the day and drive all the way out to Iowa City. And yes I know that it is a bit out of the way, but Sean Zarinegar wants to put Chicago on his road map. But nonetheless I won’t stay there all day or through the night, just to go in and do a couple of fun things, I think would be an exceptional idea.
