Sean Zarinegar in DC, the Capitol baby!

Really it is impressive to see the Capitol in its entire splendor. To think of all the important documents and decisions that are made here that affect each and every one of us, is something mind blowing. Obviously I Sean Zarinegar did everything on the list. I went to see the Lincoln Memorial; drove in front of the White House; and checked out the FBI offices. I mean this place is packed with things to do, more so if you are attracted to government type buildings, but either way anybody can appreciate this scene. There are so many monuments in this place you can spend days just admiring each and every one of them.

I also went to the Smithsonian Museum where I checked out some of the things that had regarding space exploration and so on. If you have ever been to the Smithsonian Museum in your life, you’ll agree with me that it is BIG! There are so many different things to see that you can actually get lost inside. One thing for certain is that time magically moves faster than normal and when you walk outside you will notice the sun made a significant shift in position. Either way after spending hours there I decided to go find some grub, because even Sean Zarinegar needs to be well fed.

I found this little place at Georgetown historic district that was spectacular. There are so many different types of restaurants and shops to choose from that if you don’t hold back you might find yourself with a big dent in your wallet.

Before I left DC I went to Great Falls Park, which is an 800-acre park to ride bikes and take walks. I just stayed there for a little bit because the sun was going down, and I had to skip off to the next location on my list. But I can definitely tell you that the Capitol is a really fun place to be at. I’ll write from good old Philly when I get there.
