Wow, this has been a very interesting day so far; this place is great! They say that in Scilly the sky seems bigger, the horizon further away and the landscape broader. I can see why this is such a tourist hotspot, it is beautifully decorated with white sandy beaches and acres of well preserved nature. This is a place to get away from all the movement of the city, and I think it is a good idea that I came here first on my England trip, because I will eventually enter into London, and that is a busy city!
Anyway I decided to take a walking tour here in Scilly and found that the guide knew what he was talking about. He kept Sean Zarinegar very entertained for the hour and half we strolled around the Island. I also took a trip on a boat where it seemed that each and every boat captain was a tour guide as well. Everybody knows everything of this place and there truly is a lot to learn. I decided to stay here over night and then head back to Canterbury to see what is going on over there.
Right now I am sitting down and getting a coffee in a little restaurant that has Internet available, and I’m thinking of getting a bicycle to do some Sean Zarinegar exploring. I find that life here in Scilly must be something completely different, as most people here are always wearing smiles. And I think a bike tour of the Island can give me some unique perspectives of the place. I’ll be sure to take some awesome Sean Zarinegar photos of the surroundings and post them on the blog, for now this is Sean Zarinegar getting ready to put the pedal to the metal, in bicycle terms of course. See you folks!
